About the Retreat

The CILI Mid-Year Retreat is a student leadership retreat in New Orleans where fellows reflect on their summer internships, employment experiences, and professional growth. Fellows will reconnect with other fellows, alumni, and professionals, and build student networking connections as part of ongoing intern career development and professional development in Louisiana.

• Employer Panel — Connect with employer partners and learn what professionals look for in emerging talent.
• Financial Literacy with Topher — Back from Kickoff Retreat, Topher returns for a session on money management, budgeting, and long-term success.
• Networking Opportunities — Build connections with Fellows, alumni, employers, and CILI partners.

Invite a Future CILI Fellow

Each Fellow may invite one college student who may be interested in learning more about CILI and becoming a future Fellow.
