What are your career goals?
I’m a Business Administration student with a passion for leadership, organization, and creating positive experiences for both customers and coworkers. Working as a Shift Lead at Smoothie King and a Server at Thai D-Jing has taught me how to manage responsibilities, support my team, and stay adaptable in fast-paced environments. I also specialize in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior with experience from my internship with Kimz Corner, allowing me to grow my abilities in managing my skills in these fields.
I’m interested in growing my career in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior, where I can build on my experience working with people and contribute to a workplace that values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
