Career Bridge is a transition support program for the Louisiana Educate Program (LEP) students and/or select CILI participants with 90 or more credit hours toward degree completion or with an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2023, Spring 2024, or Summer 2024.

Career Bridge participants are expected to:

• Complete the intake questionnaire below.
• Engage in monthly sessions.
• Engage monthly in 1:1 coaching session.
